Motherson Zanotti Refrigeration Systems Ltd is based out in Sector-2 of GB Nagar. Our unit is A-79. We focus on big refrigeration units, specifically the ones that go on transport trucks and in cold storage rooms. It’s a fairly large space because the equipment we work with is bulky. The workshop floor is always busy with people moving heavy components around or testing out the cooling systems. It’s an industrial area, so there’s a lot of noise and dust, but that’s just the environment we work in. We’ve been at this location for a good while. We don't really have a front shop or anything for walk-in customers since most of our work is for other businesses. The office is just a few desks partitioned off from the main floor where we keep the files and handle the calls. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy carpets or paintings on the walls. It’s all very functional and a bit messy at times with parts and tools laying around. We take our work seriously though, because if a refrigeration unit fails, someone loses a lot of money in spoiled goods. We spend a lot of time double-checking the wiring and the gas levels. It’s a technical job that requires a lot of patience. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have a good rhythm going during the day while we get everything ready for shipment.
