Moser Baer Photo Voltaic Ltd

We operate Moser Baer Photo Voltaic Ltd from Flat No B2 109 in the Him Sagar Apartments. This is over in Packet P4 of Greater Noida, specifically in the Gautam Buddha Nagar district. Using an apartment as an office means it feels a lot like home. We have desks in what would be the living room and store our documents in the spare rooms. It’s a quiet residential complex, so we have to keep things professional and not disturb the other residents. Most of our work is on the computer, dealing with the solar panel business and coordinating with the main plant. Greater Noida is quite spread out, so it’s nice to have this base in a settled area. The view from the balcony is alright, mostly just other buildings and some trees. We don’t get many walk-in customers here since it’s a residential block. It's mostly us and the occasional delivery person. The kitchen is useful for making tea and warming up our food. Sometimes the elevator acts up, and we have to take the stairs. It’s a simple, honest way to run this part of the business without the overhead of a big commercial tower. We like the peace here; it helps us focus on the technical details of the photo voltaic projects we manage. It is just a normal everyday workspace for our small team.
