Our office for Ministar Technology India Private Limited is up on the 10th floor at Sector-16 Avenue, right in Gaur City-2. If you know West Greater Noida, you know how busy it gets around here with all the new buildings going up. Being on the 10th floor gives us a pretty good view of the construction and the traffic below in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The elevators can be a bit slow in the morning when everyone is trying to get to their floor, so we’ve learned to be patient. Inside, it’s just a regular office space where we handle our tech work. We have a small group of people who come in every day from different parts of Noida and even some from Delhi. The atmosphere is quiet mostly, just the sound of typing and some talking near the water cooler. It’s a lot of screen time, but that’s the nature of what we do. We don't spend much on decorations or flashy signs because we’d rather just focus on the computer stuff. Sometimes the Noida weather is a bit much, but the air conditioning keeps the 10th floor comfortable enough. People usually bring their own lunch or grab something from the shops downstairs in the Avenue. It’s a professional enough spot, but we aren't corporate types who wear suits every day. We just wear whatever is comfortable and try to finish our list of things to do before the sun sets over the city.
