Mindzberg Consulting

This branch of Mindzberg Consulting is over in Sector 33 of Noida. We’re on the first floor of building B 63. It’s a pretty standard commercial area, nothing too special to look at, but it works for us. We’ve been in this space for a while now. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of wires. We spend a lot of time here, usually just working through client files or sitting in meetings that probably go on a bit longer than they should. Noida can be a busy place, and Sector 33 has its fair share of activity. We aren’t really a big corporate entity with hundreds of employees. It’s a smaller team here, which means we all end up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise, but we just ignore it and keep working. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or anyone to write glossy brochures. We just do the consulting work and try to be helpful when people come to us. It’s a practical way to run things. We focus on the details and try not to get distracted by the noise outside. Most days are just about checking off the to-do list and making sure the files are in order. It’s a straightforward job in a straightforward office. That's the long and short of it. We just keep plugging away at the tasks we have in front of us.
