The office is just a plain building, nothing that would catch your eye from the street. Inside, it's mostly desks, chairs, and a lot of computers. We do software development here. It’s a lot of quiet work, mostly just the sound of people typing. We aren't big on corporate polish. There are no motivational posters or anything like that. Just us doing our jobs. Sector-65 is a pretty typical area for businesses like ours. There’s a tea stall nearby that we go to sometimes. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other’s names. Mindfact Software Development Private Limited started because we wanted a place to work on our own terms. It’s not a perfect office—the air conditioner is a bit loud and the chairs could be better—but it’s ours. We just focus on the daily tasks.
