Meliance Infosystems is situated in Baikunthpur, specifically in the Koti Dudahi area. We operate out of a space that is care of Ramanand Madeshia, which gives it a very personal and local feel right from the start. Being located in this part of the country means we aren't surrounded by skyscrapers or tech hubs. Instead, it is a lot of green fields and small village homes. Our office is simple and functional, designed to get the job done without any unnecessary extras. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team trying to sell our story. It’s just us, sitting at our desks and handling the info systems work that comes our way. Sometimes the power is a bit temperamental, so we have to plan our day around that, but it is just part of the routine here. The local people in Dudahi are mostly involved in agriculture, so a tech company is a bit of an outlier, but everyone is friendly. We spend our days on the computer, checking systems and making sure the data is moving correctly. There’s a small porch where we sit sometimes to get some fresh air and watch the world go by. It’s a quiet way of doing business, far away from the noise of the big cities. We don't have a mission statement or a set of corporate values on the wall; we just try to be honest and do our work well every single day. We like the quiet life out here and wouldn't trade it for a cramped city office.
