Working at Mansfield Cables Co. Ltd. means spending a lot of time in Sector-6. Our place is B-41, and if you have ever been to this part of the industrial area, you know it is all about utility. We have got reels of cable and heavy equipment pretty much everywhere you look. It is a bit dusty and the noise from the nearby units is constant, but that is just how it goes in a place like this. We have been at B-41 for quite a stretch now, and the building has seen better days, but it holds up. We are not the type of company that cares about polished floors or glass walls. We care about whether the machinery is running and if the shipments are ready to go out on time. The staff here is mostly local guys who have been in the cable business for years. We usually have lunch together in the small break area, mostly just complaining about the heat or the latest sports scores. It is an honest day's work and we do not try to make it sound like anything else. People come by to pick up orders and they know the drill, just pull up to the gate and someone will help you out. Sector-6 isn't exactly a tourist destination, but for us, it is where everything happens. We just stay busy with the wires and the orders and try to keep things moving along without any unnecessary drama.
