Madman Technologies Private Limited is located at A 130 in Sector 63, Noida. It’s a busy area with a lot of warehouses and offices mixed together. Our place is pretty basic. We’ve got some rooms set up for our tech work and a little area where we keep our files. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters by any means. We’ve got some scuff marks on the walls and the furniture is just what we could afford when we started out. We spend most of our time dealing with technical problems and trying to get things to work properly. Sometimes it’s frustrating, but we just stick with it. There’s no dress code here, so you’ll usually see us in whatever was clean that morning. We like the flexibility of being a smaller outfit. The noise from the street can be a bit much sometimes when the trucks go by, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have a receptionist to greet people; if someone knocks, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or free snacks. We’re just here to do the work and earn a living. It’s an honest, everyday kind of job for us. We’ve been in Sector 63 long enough to know where the best tea stall is, and that’s about as much networking as we do.
