M S Feedback Ventures Pvt Ltd Delhi actually has this office over in Noida, at Flat No 6502 in Ats Greens II, Sector 50. It’s a bit of a funny thing having Delhi in the name but being based in Noida, but that’s just how it worked out for us. Sector 50 is a decent area, and working out of a flat makes the whole thing feel a lot more relaxed than a standard office building. We deal with venture capital and consulting work, so there’s a lot of talking about money and business plans. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties every day. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable and get to work on our laptops. It’s a quiet space, which is good when you need to concentrate on complicated numbers. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make way too much tea during the day. Sometimes we have meetings that go on for hours, and other times it’s just the sound of clicking keys. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We’re just a small team handling some interesting projects from our little corner of Noida. It’s a simple life, and as long as the work gets done well, we are happy with that. No need for anything more complicated than that really.
