Lighthusky Technologies Private Limited is located over in Sector-75 at Apex Athena, specifically F-303. It’s a bit different because we’re in a residential-style complex, which makes the whole atmosphere a lot more relaxed than those big office blocks in the city center. We spend our days working on various technology projects. It’s mostly coding and development work that keeps us busy. We like being in Noida because everything is accessible, but being in Sector-75 gives us a little more breathing room. The team is small, and we usually have lunch together. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just focus on the technical side of things. Sometimes we stay late when a project is near the finish line, and the view from the window is actually pretty nice then. It’s a quiet place to get things done. We don’t do big presentations or wear suits. Most of us are just in jeans and t-shirts. We’ve built this thing up slowly. It’s about being reliable and doing what we say we’re going to do. If someone calls, they’re talking to the person actually doing the work. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like the independence of being here at Apex Athena. It works for us and the way we like to operate.
