We are out here on Surajpur Kasna Road. It’s a big site, and there’s always something happening. You see trucks coming in and out at all hours of the day. Inside, it's a lot of people moving around, trying to keep up with the production of all the electronics people use at home. It can get pretty loud on the floor with all the machinery running, but you get used to the hum after a while. We have a cafeteria where everyone gathers, and that's usually the loudest place of all. My desk is covered in papers and some spare parts that I keep meaning to move. It’s not like those fancy offices you see in movies. It’s a working place. We deal with televisions, fridges, and all sorts of gadgets. Sometimes things go wrong with a machine and we have to scramble to fix it, which keeps life interesting. The commute can be a bit long for some of us, but the job is steady. We don't spend time talking about big visions or anything. We just want to make sure the stuff we build works when someone plugs it in at home. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but there’s a sense of satisfaction when a shipment finally pulls out of the gate headed for the city. We keep the lights on and the lines moving. That's about all there is to it for us here.
