Lagoas Feeds Private Limited

If you head out to village Sukaipurwa in the Lakhimpur Kheri district, you’ll find Lagoas Feeds Private Limited. We operate out of Mr. Satnaam Singh’s place. It’s a rural area, so things are pretty basic. No high-rise buildings or paved parking lots here. We deal with animal feed, mostly for the local farmers around the district. The work involves a lot of lifting and moving heavy sacks of grain and supplements. It is physically demanding, and by the end of the day, everyone is pretty tired. Lakhimpur is known for its farming, so we are right where we need to be. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what comes in. If the grain isn’t good, the animals won’t eat it, and the farmers won’t be happy. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the local language and the local needs. The roads around Sukaipurwa get pretty bad during the monsoon, so getting the trucks in and out is always a bit of a gamble. We just do our best to keep the supply steady. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here; it’s just about getting the work done and making sure the bags are loaded right for the morning delivery. It’s a quiet life, mostly, except for the sound of the loading trucks and the village dogs barking.
