Krishibarters Agritech Private Limited

Our office for Krishibarters Agritech Private Limited at 8T in Arihant Harmony isn’t what you’d expect for a tech company. There are no bean bags or free snacks around here. It’s just a typical apartment unit in Ahinsakhand-2 that we’ve turned into a workspace. Ghaziabad is always noisy, and we can hear the horns from the street even on the eighth floor. We’ve got some posters on the walls that are slightly crooked, and the printer usually jams at least once a day when we are in a hurry. Indirapuram has grown so fast, and we feel like we are right in the middle of all that energy. We often go down to the local market to get some pens or notebooks when we run out. The agritech side of our work involves a lot of trial and error. We aren't geniuses; we just spend a lot of time looking at data and trying to make sense of it for the farmers. Sometimes the heat gets to the computers and they slow down, so we have to point the fans directly at them. It’s a bit of a makeshift setup, but it’s ours. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, drink our coffee, and try to get the code and the information to work together. It’s a long process but we enjoy the challenge of it all in our own way.
