Kashviha Private Limited is located at 41T8, Plot No 304 in D-Block of Shyam Nagar, Kanpur. This is a fairly busy part of the city, and our office is right in the middle of it. It’s a straightforward space where we handle our daily business operations. We don't have any modern art or designer furniture. Our office is filled with the usual stuff: desks, old chairs, a few filing cabinets, and a lot of computers. We are a small team of people from Kanpur who just wanted to work for ourselves. The day-to-day routine is pretty simple. We come in, check our emails, and start working on whatever is the priority for the day. Sometimes there is a lot of shouting across the room when things get busy, but it’s all in good spirit. We don't have a big corporate manual or a lot of rules. We just expect everyone to do their part. The Shyam Nagar area is convenient because it has everything we need nearby. We don't make any big claims about being the leaders in our field. We are just a private limited company trying to do a good job. We value being practical and honest about what we can do. Some days the office is a mess and other days it’s organized, but the work always gets finished. That’s just the reality of how we operate here in Kanpur. We stay busy and keep going.
