Karmaura Technologies Private Limited is located in the Ithum Tower, at B-951, Plot A 40 in Sector 62, Noida. It’s a large building with a lot of different offices, and we are just one of them on the ninth floor. Our small team of people is really into technology. The workspace is pretty simple. Computers are set up and some whiteboards are used to scribble down ideas. A big fancy reception area or anyone to greet you at the door isn't part of the setup. Usually, we are too busy typing away to notice much else. Sector 62 is a busy part of Noida, so there’s always people moving around. Being here is nice because everything is close by. The company was started because we wanted to do tech work on our own terms. Polished speeches or corporate slogans aren't things we use. Building things that work properly is what we try to do. Some days are more productive than others, and hours can be spent just trying to find a mistake in a piece of code. It’s not a glamorous life, but it suits us. Being the biggest tech firm in India isn't the goal. We just want to do good work and have a steady place to come to every morning. Our small group gets along well and we take things one day at a time.
