Jai Shanti Technxt Innovative Services L Lp is located at S 9/92 in Nai Basti, Pandeypur. This is a very local neighborhood, and our office is right in the middle of it. The office space is tight, and we have to be careful not to trip over each other when the whole team is in. We have our setups arranged as best as we can, with enough power strips and fans to keep things running. Working in Nai Basti means we are surrounded by the sounds of the community. You can hear people talking outside or kids playing in the street while we are typing away. We don't have any big corporate mission statements on the walls. Mostly, we just have calendars and maybe a few notes scribbled on pieces of paper. It is a very practical way to work. We focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get through them efficiently. There is no pretense here. We are just a small team trying to provide services and make a living. Sometimes the internet is slow or the office gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but we just keep going. It’s a grounded, everyday kind of workplace where the work is the main priority.
