Izeneco Softwares Private Limited is tucked away in B-229, Salarpur, which is part of Sector-101 in Noida. This part of Gautam Buddha Nagar has changed a lot over the years, and we have seen it happen from our little corner. We do software work here, which sounds a bit broad, but it is mostly about building things that work for people's specific needs. We do not have a giant building with our name in lights or anything like that. It is a modest setup where we focus on coding and testing. The neighborhood is a mix of residential and small businesses, so it feels very grounded. We like it that way because it keeps us connected to the real world. Our team is not huge, but everyone knows what they are doing. We spend a lot of time talking through problems and trying to find the simplest way to fix things. The 201301 area is pretty central for us. Working in Noida means there is always competition, but we just try to do our own thing and keep our clients happy without all the corporate jargon. We write code, we fix bugs, and we drink a lot of tea to keep us going through the long afternoons. It is not a flashy life, but it is good work.
