Itmc Systems Private Limited is based out of Samriddhi Grand Avenue in Noida Extension. We are up on the fifteenth floor in unit E-1502, which gives us a pretty decent view of the area as it keeps growing. Noida Extension is always busy with construction and new people moving in, so there is a lot of energy around the Ek Murti area. Our office isn't anything over the top. It’s just a standard workspace with desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and the usual hum of computers running all day long. We spend most of our time here just getting through the workload. Getting to the office can be a bit of a journey depending on the traffic around Gautam Buddha Nagar, but once we’re inside, it’s just about focusing on the tasks at hand. We don’t really do the whole corporate culture thing with big meetings and fancy speeches. It is more about sitting down and getting things done so we can go home on time. The building is large, and we share the space with a lot of other companies and families, so there is always someone coming or going in the elevators. It feels like a very modern, practical place to work. We have our routine down and we just stick to it. It’s a straightforward environment where the focus is on the daily grind rather than appearances.
