Sector-3 in Noida is where Itechaxis Information Technology Private Limited is set up, right at D-9. This area is always moving. There are people everywhere, street food vendors, and a lot of other businesses tucked into the buildings. Our office is one of those places where you just walk in and see people busy at their desks. We’ve got a lot of wires running along the baseboards and stacks of paper that we really should file away one of these days. It’s not a place for showing off. We just focus on the IT tasks that we have to finish. Most of the time, the office is filled with the sound of clicking keyboards and the hum of the computers. We take our lunch breaks together when we can, usually talking about regular stuff like family or the traffic. It’s a bit crowded in the office sometimes, especially when we have a lot of projects going at once, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the sector, just a reliable one that people in the area know. We’ve been here for a while and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. It’s just a regular group of people working hard in Noida. We keep things simple and try to do our best with what we have every single day.
