Itcitadel Enterprise India (Opc) Private Limited is tucked away on the first floor of F-22 in Sector 51. It’s a pretty basic office space. We have a couple of desks, some chairs that aren't as comfortable as they used to be, and a small area for making tea. Sector 51 is a decent place to be, not too loud but close enough to the main roads. We focus on various enterprise tasks and tech stuff. Because it’s an OPC, the scale is small and the vibe is very personal. There aren't any layers of management here. If a decision needs to be made, it happens right then and there. The walls are mostly bare, except for a calendar and a few notes taped up. We didn't spend much time decorating because we're usually too busy with the work itself. Most of the time, the only sounds you hear are the hum of the computers and the air conditioner. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't use big words to describe what we do; we just take the tasks as they come and finish them. Sometimes a client stops by and we have to scramble to clear off a chair for them to sit on. It’s a bit unpolished, sure, but the work gets done and that’s what matters to us at the end of the day. We just stay focused on the task at hand.
