Isoftms Private Limited

You can find us over at B-403 in the JM Aroma building, which is in Sector 75, Noida. It’s a typical apartment-style office, which works out well for us because it feels a bit more like home than a cold corporate building. Isoftms Private Limited is a small team. We don't have a big human resources department or a public relations team. Usually, it's just a couple of us handling everything from the actual software development to paying the bills. Sector 75 is a busy area, but once we’re inside B-403, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards clicking. We do a lot of different things related to software, mostly whatever the current project demands. Sometimes that means we are learning something new on the fly, and other times it’s stuff we could do in our sleep. We don’t have any grand statements to make about what we do. We’re just trying to run a decent business and provide for ourselves. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have visitors, but we manage. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we spend way too much time talking about things that aren't work-related. It's a nice balance. We keep things grounded and don't try to act like we’re bigger than we are. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of work to get through every week. That is how we keep things going.
