Our office is on the first floor of E-45 in Sector-3, Noida. It is a pretty standard spot in Gautam Buddha Nagar. Indominds Solutions Private Limited is basically just a group of us who wanted to do our own thing. We don't have a big corporate setup with a human resources team or a marketing department. It is just a few rooms where we have our desks set up. Sector-3 is a mix of old buildings and new businesses, and it gets quite crowded during the morning rush. We usually bring our own food or get something from the stalls nearby. The office itself is a bit cluttered with papers and old hardware, but we know where everything is. We don't wear suits or follow a strict dress code. Most days it is just casual clothes and a lot of focus on our computer screens. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Noida. We just want to do the work and keep the business running smoothly. The internet is mostly reliable, which is the main thing we need. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and figuring out things as they come up. It’s a straightforward way to work, without any of the extra fluff you see in bigger offices. We are just here at 201301, doing what we do every day.
