Our team at Indicorp It Solutions Private Limited works out of an office in Supertech Capetown. We are located in Sector 74 of Noida, specifically in Tower CB1, Flat 302. It is not your typical corporate high-rise, which actually suits us just fine. The atmosphere is more relaxed than a standard office downtown. We have a few computers set up in the main rooms and a small space for our breaks. Sometimes the elevators take forever in the morning, so we’ve learned to be patient with the building. Being in Gautam Buddha Nagar means we are close to everything, though the traffic in the 201301 area can be a bit of a headache during rush hour. We don’t really go in for big meetings or formal presentations. Usually, we are just hunched over our screens getting things sorted for the day. The view from the balcony gives us a bit of a break when the eyes get tired. We have a regular routine, starting early and staying until the work is finished. It is a simple setup, but it works for what we do. No one wears suits here, mostly just jeans and t-shirts. We know the security guards and the delivery guys by name. It feels more like a community than just a place of employment. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the technical side of things every day.
