Inclusys India Private Limited is situated in the Icon Apartment complex, over in Sector-Chi-03 of Noida. Specifically, we’re in unit A-703 on Plot No-Gh-04. If you’re looking for a landmark, the BSNL tower is right nearby, so that usually helps people find the turn-off. We’ve got a view from the seventh floor, though mostly we are just looking at our monitors. It’s a practical setup. We moved here because it’s a bit quieter than some of the other sectors in Gautam Buddha Nagar. Our team isn’t massive, so we all know each other well. We handle various tech projects and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with deadlines. We don’t really have a dress code or anything like that. People just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. It’s a very hands-on environment. Sometimes we have lunch together in the small kitchen area, talking about things other than work just to clear our heads. The apartment itself is big enough for our gear, and we’ve made it into a functional workspace. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or fancy art on the walls. We just focus on the code or the designs we’re supposed to finish. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and being near the tower makes it easy to explain our location to visitors. We just take things as they come and try to do a good job.
