We’ve set up our Icici Pru Life workspace here to be more accessible to people living nearby. Working out of an apartment building means we get to know our neighbors, and often they are the ones who come to us for their insurance needs. The 201301 area is growing fast, and there’s always something new being built around here. Our office is simple, just the basics needed to process life insurance applications and answer questions. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and the phone, making sure everything is moving through the system correctly. Sometimes the Noida traffic makes it hard for people to reach us, so we stay a bit late some evenings. It’s not a corporate showroom; it’s just a place where we do our jobs. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us who know the rules and can help people fill out their forms without making mistakes.
