We operate out of House No 182 on the first floor in Yamha Vihar, which is part of Noida Sector 49. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are in a residential-style building rather than a big glass tower. Finding Sector 49 can be tricky if you aren't from around here, but once you’re in Yamha Vihar, it’s easier to spot. The "Lmited" spelling on some of our old paperwork is just one of those things that happened, but it’s still Icici Bank. Being on the first floor means a few stairs for anyone coming to see us. It’s a small office, mostly focused on the local needs of people living in this part of Noida. The area is quite lived-in, with lots of families and small shops nearby. We don't have a giant lobby or anything like that. It’s just desks, computers, and us trying to keep the records straight. Sometimes the power goes out for a minute in the summer, but that’s just life in UP. We’ve got our routine down. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except when the school nearby lets out. We just handle the everyday banking tasks that come our way. It isn't anything fancy, just a reliable spot for the neighborhood to get their money matters sorted without having to go all the way to the bigger sectors.
