Icc Holdings

We are located in A-405, Shaurya Apartments, which is over in B-9/7-B Sector 62. It’s more of a residential area than a commercial one, which makes for a different kind of workday. Working out of an apartment like A-405 means things stay pretty quiet, which is helpful for Icc Holdings. We don't have walk-in customers often, so we don't need a storefront on the main road. The security guard at Shaurya Apartments knows us all by name by now. We usually take the elevator up to the fourth floor every morning. The office itself still feels a bit like a home, which we actually like. It makes the long hours feel a bit less stressful. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee and sometimes heat up lunch. Sector 62 is a big area, and it can be a bit of a maze with all the different blocks and apartment names, but we’ve made our home here at B-9/7-B. The view from the window isn't much, just other buildings and the parking lot below, but the light is good in the mornings. We keep our files in the back room and our desks in the main living space area. It’s not what you’d call a standard corporate environment, but it fits us. We manage everything for Icc Holdings right from these rooms, and we find it’s a lot more comfortable than being in a crowded high-rise.
