Our office for Hsbc Bank India is located at W 114 in Sector 12 of Noida. Sector 12 is one of those parts of Noida that has a mix of everything, from houses to small commercial spots and markets. The building we are in is easy enough to find once you are on the right street. We’ve been here for a good while, handling the daily bank work for the locals and the small businesses that operate nearby. It’s a plain office, nothing that would stand out or look special. We have our desks, some old metal cupboards for the files, and a few chairs for people to sit on. The commute to get here can be a bit of a pain with the Noida traffic and the heat, but once we’re inside, it’s just the usual work day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. The walls are a neutral color and we have a few plants that we sometimes forget to water during the busy weeks. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just a steady stream of tasks. We get a lot of people coming in to update their passbooks or talk about their accounts or cards. We don't use any big words or fancy talk, we just explain things simply and get the job done. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we all get along pretty well together.
