You have to head up to the second floor of Tower-B to find where Hottrix It Services Private Limited operates. We are in Unit No. 230, which is over at Plot No 4, Block-A in Sector-132. It’s one of those newer office areas that has been popping up recently. Even though it’s in a big tower, we try to keep our internal culture very simple and down-to-earth. We aren’t looking to impress anyone with big meetings or corporate presentations. We just focus on the IT services that our clients need. The second floor is usually pretty busy with people from other units, but we keep our heads down and stay on task. Being in Sector-132 means we are part of a larger business hub, yet we try to maintain that small-office feeling where everyone knows each other’s names. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things should look as long as the service we provide is solid. Sometimes we grab lunch at the local spots around the block, and then it’s back to the computers. The office space is clean and functional, exactly what you’d expect for a team that spends most of its time staring at screens. It’s not about being the most famous IT company; it’s about being the one that actually gets the job done for the people in our network. We’ve got a few desks, some good internet, and a lot of patience for solving technical glitches. That is pretty much all we need to keep going.
