Our Hcl office is located at A 75 in Sector 31 of Noida. This part of the city is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it has a very grounded feel to it. The building is a standard structure that we have been using for quite some time. It’s not fancy, but it has plenty of space for our team to sit and work on our computers. We have a small area out front where we can park a few bikes, though it fills up pretty quickly in the morning. Inside, it’s all very functional. We have rows of desks, some basic filing cabinets, and a small area where we keep the water cooler and the coffee machine. The lighting is just regular office lights, and we have a few windows that look out onto the street. It can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, which is just part of living in Noida. We don't have any big marketing slogans on the walls or anything like that. We just come in, check our emails, and get through our to-do lists. Lunchtime usually involves someone going out to get samosas for the group. It’s a straightforward environment where people work hard and treat each other with respect. We like being in Sector 31 because it’s easy to get to and it feels like a real place.
