Hcl Technologies

Our office is on the second floor of B 38 in Sector 27, Noida. It’s a pretty standard spot for a tech place like Hcl Technologies. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. We don't have any flashy lobby or a receptionist. You just come up the stairs and we’re right there. We do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to technology and systems. It’s not always exciting, but it’s the kind of work that needs to be done right. Sector 27 is a busy area, so there’s always somewhere to grab lunch. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us and the machines. We have a few old chairs that have seen better days, but they are comfortable enough. We don't talk about innovation because that feels like a word for people who don't actually do the work. We just focus on solving the bugs and keeping the servers running. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We’ve been in this Noida office for some time and we have a good routine down. We start early, stay until the work is finished, and try to keep the desk clutter to a minimum. It’s just a regular tech job in a regular Noida office building. We don't make it more complicated than it needs to be.
