Hcl Bpo Technologies is up on the 3rd floor over at I 303 in Sector 62. Being near Fortis Hospital makes it easy for people to find us since everyone knows where that is. Noida can be a bit of a maze with all the different sectors and blocks, but B 9 4 is where we’ve set up shop. The elevator in the building can be slow sometimes, so a few of us just take the stairs to get to the third floor. It’s a decent enough workspace with enough room for everyone, even if it feels a little crowded on the busy days. We deal with a lot of technical stuff here and it can get pretty quiet when everyone is focused on their monitors. You’ll see a lot of coffee mugs sitting on desks and maybe a few sweaters hanging on chairs because the air conditioning is always a bit too cold. Outside the window, you can see the traffic building up on the main road. We’ve got a mix of people working here, some who have been around for years and others who are just starting out. It’s just a regular office life with deadlines and meetings that sometimes go on longer than they should. We don’t really have a big sign out front or anything. We just show up, do the work, and head back out into the Uttar Pradesh heat when the day is done.
