Our office is located in D 324 of the Telecom City Apartments in Noida. It is an interesting spot because it is part of a residential complex, which makes it feel much quieter than a typical business district. We are in the 201307 area of Uttar Pradesh. Being inside an apartment complex means we have to be respectful of the neighbors, so it is never too loud in our corridors. We handle the Indian operations for Haldor Topsoe from this flat. It has been converted into a functional workspace with desks, computers, and filing cabinets. It is a bit like a home office but on a larger scale. We have our small kitchen where we make tea and heat up our lunches. The atmosphere is very relaxed and informal. We do not have a dress code, so most people just wear whatever is comfortable. Outside the gate, Noida is busy and growing, but inside Telecom City, it is mostly just families and trees. We find that this setting helps us concentrate on the technical details of our projects. It is a simple setup without any unnecessary frills. We have been here for a while and the location works well for us. It is easy for the staff to get to, and it feels more like a community than just a cold, glass-and-steel office building in the middle of a city. We just do our work quietly.
