Gxtc Tech Services Private Limited operates out of 794, on the ground floor in Sector 86. Being on the ground floor is nice because we don't have to wait for an elevator every time we want to step outside for a minute. The office is one of those places that looks a bit messy because we always have parts and cables lying around. We do a lot of tech service work, which means people are always calling us about something. It’s just a few of us here. We keep the kettle going pretty much all day long. The floor is tile and it gets cold in the winter, so we all wear thick socks or slippers around the office. We don't really do the corporate thing. There are no weekly motivational meetings or anything like that. We just look at the list of what needs doing and we do it. Sometimes it gets stressful when everything breaks at once, but usually, it’s just a steady flow of work. The neighborhood is quiet enough, though the neighbor’s dog barks a lot in the mornings. We’ve been at this for a bit now and we know the routine. It’s just our little spot where we get things done. We don't need much more than a desk and a working internet connection to stay happy.
