We are based out of T3/704 in Exotica Dreamville. It’s located in Sector-16C, over in Greater Noida, Ghaziabad. Being in a place like Exotica Dreamville is a bit different because it’s a residential complex, so the atmosphere is pretty calm. Gwt & Media Private Limited operates from here, and we find that the quiet helps us focus. The view from the 7th floor is actually not too bad, you can see quite a bit of the surrounding area. We’ve got the office set up in one of the apartments. It’s got a kitchen where we make way too much tea and coffee during the day. Ghaziabad can be a hectic city, but inside Sector-16C, it feels a bit more tucked away from the main noise. Our team is small, and we’ve known each other for a long time. We don't use big words or try to sound like a giant corporation. We just handle our media projects and keep things moving. The 201009 area is growing fast, so there’s always something new being built nearby. Working from T3/704 feels like home, mostly because it basically is. It’s a decent place for Gwt & Media to call home. We don't have a fancy lobby, but we have a comfortable sofa and enough power outlets for everyone. It works for us and keeps us productive without all the usual office stress.
