G-Tech Software And Services is based in Sector-62, specifically at Plot No-9 in the Panchwati Apartment building. We’re up on the second floor, room 156/9. It’s a busy area with a lot of other businesses around, but our little corner is usually pretty focused. We don't have any of those fancy office perks like bean bag chairs or free snacks. It’s just a place to work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs aren't the most ergonomic, but they get the job done. We’re a small team, so everyone has to wear a lot of different hats. One day you’re writing code, the next you’re fixing a printer or answering the door. It keeps things interesting, I guess. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. If something goes wrong, we all pitch in to fix it. It’s a very direct way of working. We don't spend our time writing long reports or making fancy presentations for ourselves. We just look at what needs to be finished and we do it. Being in Sector-62 means we’re in the middle of a lot of action, which is fine, but we mostly just stay inside and stick to our tasks. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we’ve built a decent little community among the staff here. It’s nothing more and nothing less than a workplace. We have enough room for the computers and a little corner to eat lunch.
