Grail Research A Member Of Monitor Group

We are up on the first floor at D 132 in Sector 41. Being in Noida 201301 is quite different from being in the heart of Delhi. It is a bit more spread out here. We belong to the Monitor Group and focus on research. The office isn't huge, but it fits everyone. We have some big windows that let in the light, which is nice when you are staring at screens all day. It is mostly just us doing our thing. No fancy receptionists or anything like that. You just walk up the stairs and you are there. The neighborhood is mostly houses and a few other offices. We get our coffee from the little shop on the corner. It is not the best, but it keeps us going. The team is small. We know each other well. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due. That is just part of it. We do not use big words to describe what we do. We just look at numbers and write things down. It is practical work. Sector 41 is a decent place to be based. It is easy enough for most of us to get to. We have been at this address for a while and haven't felt the need to move. It suits the way we work. Simple and direct. No fuss. Just research in a quiet corner of the city where we can focus.
