We run Globaleduerp Llp out of Ajnara Daffodil in Sector 137, Noida. Being in a residential complex like this makes it feel more like a home project that turned into a real business. We occupy unit F 1304. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and working on school management software. It’s quiet in the building, which helps when you need to focus on complex tasks. We don't have a big storefront or anything. It's mostly just us and our laptops. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs to stay active. The view from the 13th floor is actually pretty good, you can see quite a bit of Noida from up here. We started this because we knew schools needed better ways to track their data. It isn't always easy, and sometimes we stay late into the evening getting the details right. There’s usually a stack of papers on the main table and a couple of half-empty water bottles lying around. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Uttar Pradesh, we just want our software to work like it should. Our neighbors probably just think we're regular office workers. We keep to ourselves and focus on the coding and support side of things. It's a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from answering emails to testing new features.
