Genpact

Our spot at D 9 2 in DLF Phase V is on the ground floor, which is pretty convenient since we don’t have to wait for the elevator every single time we go out for a break. Being in the Exclusive Floors area means it is a bit more private than some of the other spots in Gurgaon. We’ve been set up here for a bit, and the office is basically just a functional space with everything we need to stay busy. It can get a bit chilly in the winter months since we are on the ground floor, so we usually have some small heaters going under the desks. The work itself keeps us fairly occupied, and we don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. It’s more about getting the tasks done for Genpact. There is a small park area nearby where some of us go to get some air when the phones are quiet and the sun is out. Most of the people around here are regulars, so we see the same faces every day. It feels more like a neighborhood office than a big headquarters. We have our routine down pretty well by now. Check the messages, handle the files, and try to keep things organized.
