Genpact India

Our office is located at Shishir Rastogi’s house, which is House Number 23 in Chaudhary Enclave. We are in Sector 23 of Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad. A good landmark is Zenith Public School, which is right nearby. Genpact India operates from this spot. It’s a quiet enclave, which is nice for getting things done without too many distractions. The building is a regular house in a residential area. We’ve set up our workspace inside, and it feels very different from a standard office building. It’s more personal. We have our routines, starting with a morning chat and then getting straight into the work. The neighborhood is peaceful, and you can see people going about their lives outside. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. We just write what’s happening. Our focus is purely on the daily tasks we have to complete. We like being in Ghaziabad because it’s a bit away from the main chaos of Delhi but still close enough to be connected. It’s a straightforward setup. We have the space we need, and the location is easy to find once you get to Raj Nagar. It’s just us doing our thing in a local house, making sure everything runs smoothly without any unnecessary fuss or complicated corporate rules.
