G. R. Extrusions Pvt. Ltd.

G. R. Extrusions Pvt. Ltd. is based out of D-71 in Sector-2. It’s a pretty standard industrial plot. We’ve got the manufacturing setup inside and a small area for the office work. The machines we use for extrusion are large and they make a steady humming sound all day. It becomes like background noise after you’ve been here a few hours. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls. It’s mostly just calendars and some safety charts. The people working here are mostly locals from around the sector. We walk or bike to work. We’ve been doing this for years, so the process is second nature to us by now. We don't go for any of that modern corporate talk. We just call things what they are. If a batch is bad, we scrap it and start over. If a machine breaks, we fix it ourselves. It's a very hands-on kind of place. Sector-2 is quiet enough, except for the sound of the trucks. We keep a low profile and just focus on meeting our daily production goals. There's no fancy mission statement on the wall. We just want to make sure the extrusions are straight and the measurements are right. That is what a day looks like for us at G. R. Extrusions Pvt. Ltd. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. It’s a decent way to make a living.
