Castle Pack India

Castle Pack India is located over in Site V of the Kasna Industrial area in Greater Noida. If you know the O-22 block, that is where you will find our shed. It’s a pretty large industrial zone, so it takes a while to drive in from the main road sometimes. We deal with all sorts of packaging things here. The space is mostly filled with big rolls and cutting tables. It’s a bit dusty because of all the heavy trucks moving in and out of the yard all day long. We have about ten people working here right now. We started small, just doing a few bits and pieces for local factories, but now we handle more stuff than we used to. There is no air conditioning in the main work area, just a few big fans that don't do much in the peak of summer. We usually take our lunch breaks together under the shade of the tree outside the gate. It’s a straightforward business. We get the raw materials delivered, we process them according to what’s needed, and then we load them back onto the trucks. Nothing too complicated about it. We’ve had some tough times when the machines break down, but we usually fix them ourselves. Being in Kasna means we are close to a lot of other businesses, so there is always something going on. We just keep our heads down and do the work day after day. It keeps us out of trouble and pays the bills at the end of the month.
