Futurebook Technology Private Limited

We operate Futurebook Technology Private Limited out of an apartment in Arihant Arden, specifically Flat No. G1602 on Plot No. GH07A. This is over in Sector-01, Greater Noida West. It’s a bit different running a tech company from a residential building, but it works for us. The views from the 16th floor are actually quite nice, especially in the evenings when the sun goes down over the city. We have a few rooms set up with desks and monitors. It's a quiet environment, which helps us focus. Greater Noida West is still growing, so there’s a lot of construction around, but Arihant Arden is a settled place. We don't have a storefront or a big sign on the street. Most people who come here are either workers or people we know. It feels more like a home office than a traditional company. We drink a lot of tea and spend most of our hours looking at screens. Since we are in a flat, we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we keep things pretty low-key. There isn't any fancy corporate stuff here. Just a group of people working on technology in a residential tower. It’s a practical way to run things without the overhead of a big commercial building. We like the community feel of the apartment complex. It’s a decent place to spend the workday and we just keep our heads down and work.
