Our branch of Fujitsu Consulting India Pvt Ltd is located at Hno 1713 Sector 37 in Arun Vihar, Noida. It’s right there in Gautam Budh Nagar. The office is basically a house that’s been turned into a workspace, which gives it a very different feel than a typical corporate high-rise. It’s a bit more personal and less cold. We have several rooms where different teams sit, and it’s usually pretty quiet except for the hum of the air conditioners. Noida is a fast-growing place, and being in Sector 37 means we are near a lot of other businesses and residences. We handle various consulting duties from this location, mostly dealing with software and business processes. It’s not the kind of place with a big shiny logo on the front. We just have our small sign and we go about our business. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around for years and some newer faces. We all know where the best lunch spots are in the sector. It feels like a small community inside the office. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look as long as the work gets done correctly. It’s a down-to-earth environment where we just focus on the day’s tasks without any extra drama or corporate talk.
