Fremsystek Private Limited is based out of a quiet spot in Swarn Nagri, specifically B 230 in Sector 31. Greater Noida is much calmer than some of the other nearby areas, which helps us stay focused on the work. We’ve been set up here for a while now, and the office has a very lived-in feel to it. It’s basically a house that we converted into a workspace so it feels more comfortable than a cold office building. We have our desks set up in the main rooms, and there's usually a lot of talk about technical specs and hardware going on. It’s a small operation, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don’t have any marketing people or a big sales team; it’s just the folks who actually do the technical labor. Sometimes the garden outside needs weeding, but we are usually too busy with the computers to get to it. We take our work seriously but we don't act like we are some giant corporation. It’s more of a local vibe where we just get things done for the people who need them. Most of our day is spent troubleshooting and making sure the systems we manage stay online. It’s a steady pace and we like the community around here in Sector 31. It feels like a real neighborhood rather than just an industrial zone, which makes coming to work every morning a lot nicer.
