We are located at A-69 in Sector 4, Noida. It’s a pretty established part of the city, and we’ve been here for a while now. The name Flying Dutchman Noida LLP is a bit of a mouthful, but we liked the sound of it. Our office is just a standard building on a street full of other businesses. It’s not a fancy glass skyscraper, but it’s got everything we need to get our work done. Sector 4 is a busy place, especially during the middle of the day, so there’s always people moving around and cars parked everywhere. We’ve got a small team here, and we usually just keep to ourselves and focus on whatever projects are currently on the go. There’s a lot of tech companies in this part of Noida, so we’re in good company. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with long meetings or fancy presentations. We prefer to just sit down, figure out what needs to happen, and then do it. Lunch usually involves someone going out to grab some local food for everyone. It’s a very casual atmosphere in the office. We wear what we want and work at our own pace, as long as the work gets finished on time. It’s a simple, honest way to run things, and it seems to work for us.
