You’ll find Finic Techsol Private Limited over in Sector 150, Noida. We are set up in Flat No 2032 of Tower T2 inside the Ace Golfshire Sports City. It’s a fairly new area, so things are still being built around us. Our office is way up on the 20th floor. On a clear day, you can see quite far, but mostly we are just focused on the tasks on our screens. Since we are in a residential tower, it doesn't feel like a typical workplace. It’s more like a home base where we happen to do technical work. We have a few desks shoved together in what would normally be the dining area. There’s always someone in the kitchen heating up lunch or making tea. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don't wear suits or have big board meetings. Instead, we just pull up a chair and talk through what needs to be done. The commute can be a bit long for some of us, but the quiet environment makes it worth it. We often stay late when we’re in the middle of a big project, and the view of the city lights at night is actually pretty good. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our work well and have a decent place to do it. It’s a simple arrangement that works for everyone.
