Finhoops Technologies Private Limited is located high up in Flat No-1406 of Tower No-9 at Purvanchal Royal Park. Working from a residential complex like this makes the whole day feel a bit more relaxed. We have a great view from the fourteenth floor, though we spend most of our time looking at our monitors. The office is basically a converted apartment, so there’s a kitchen where we make way too much coffee and a living area where we've put all the main workstations. It’s a tight-knit group here. We don't have a HR department or a legal team in the next room. It’s just us. Sometimes the elevators take a long time, so we plan our lunch breaks accordingly. The community around here is nice, and it’s quiet enough that we can actually hear ourselves think. We started out in a much smaller room and eventually moved here when we needed more space for servers and desks. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There are books piled up on the floor and jackets hanging on the backs of chairs. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and then go home. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don't bother with fancy slogans or big speeches. We just handle the tech side of things and keep moving forward every single day. That's just how we operate.
