Exl Service

Our workspace is D 002 Shatabdi Rail Vihar in No Ida Up201301. It’s a bit of an interesting spot for Exl Service because it’s tucked away in a place that feels quite lived-in. We aren’t in one of those huge glass towers you see in the city. Instead, we are here in a more grounded setting. The office is pretty basic, just the essentials like desks, some chairs, and our computers. We don't have a cleaning crew that comes in every hour, so things can get a bit dusty sometimes. But we don't really mind. We are here to do the service work, not to look at a fancy interior. The Rail Vihar area is usually calm, but you can hear the trains every now and then. We have a small kettle for making tea, and that’s about as fancy as it gets for us. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time. We know each other’s habits and how we like things done. We don't spend time on big presentations or corporate events. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get them done correctly. It is a very practical way of doing things. Our address at D 002 is just a regular place where we work hard and keep things simple.
