Era Group

This Era Group office is over in Noida, Sector 12. We are on the second floor of R 4. It is one of those buildings that looks like every other one in the sector. You take the stairs up, and you will find us there. It is a pretty standard office setup for Uttar Pradesh 201301. We have a few rooms, some basic furniture, and a lot of work to get through. Sector 12 is a decent area—lots of trees compared to some other sectors, and it feels a bit more lived-in. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee because the stuff from the machine is not great. The windows look out over the street, so we can see the traffic move during the day. It is not a massive operation here, just a dedicated group of people doing their bit. We spend a lot of time on the phones and typing away. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we all complain about it together. It is an honest way to spend the day. We do not have fancy mission statements on the walls. Mostly, we just have calendars and some charts to keep track of our projects. If you are looking for R 4, it is tucked away a bit, but once you find the second floor, you cannot miss us. It is just a normal workplace with normal people. We have been in Noida for a while now and we know the sector like the back of our hands.
